delivery and fulfillment
DisUp sells digital setup services. There is no physical shipping.
- Delivery means the agreed Discord server setup configuration documentation or support work has been completed.
- Basic builds generally cover simple channels roles and starter bots.
- Standard and Premium builds can include deeper onboarding ticket flows moderation settings and automation.
- Project timelines depend on customer response time access availability and final scope.
refunds and cancellations
Refunds are handled based on project status and the amount of work already completed.
- If work has not started you may request a cancellation and refund.
- If work has started partial refunds may be considered based on undelivered scope.
- Completed digital setup work is generally non-refundable after handoff unless DisUp failed to deliver the agreed scope.
- Monthly support can be cancelled before the next billing period. Already completed support work is not retroactively refunded.
privacy policy
DisUp only asks for information needed to scope build support or communicate about your Discord server project.
- Collected information may include your name email Discord username server details project requirements and support messages.
- DisUp does not sell customer information.
- Server access and project information are used only to complete the requested work or provide support.
